Returns & Credits (Non-Custom Products)

• Unopened Zirconia Discs/Blocks: Unopened, factory-sealed zirconia blanks in original packaging may be returned for credit within 30 days of invoice date, subject to a 15% restocking fee. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required. Contact customer service to obtain an RMA. Returns without an RMA will be refused.

• Defective/Incorrect Non-Custom Items: If you receive an incorrect or defective non-custom item (e.g., wrong shade/type of disc), please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement at no cost upon verification.

• We primarily ship via reliable courier services with tracking capabilities, such as Purolator, FedEx, or Canada Post.

• The available shipping methods (Express, Priority, Standard) and estimated transit times will be presented at checkout.

• We reserve the right to select the most efficient carrier based on destination and service level.
