Refund Guidelines
Zirconia Dental Canada Return & Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Zirconia Dental Canada. We are committed to providing the highest quality zirconia discs, blocks, and milled restorations to dental professionals across Canada. This policy outlines the terms for returns, warranties, and complaints.
1. General Philosophy
Due to the custom-manufactured and patient-specific nature of most dental restorations, and the hygiene requirements for opened materials, we generally do not accept returns for credit or refund on custom cases or opened merchandise. All sales are considered final once production has begun or materials have been shipped, except as outlined in this policy.
2. Returns & Credits (Non-Custom Products)

Unopened Zirconia Discs/Blocks: Unopened, factory-sealed zirconia blanks in original packaging may be returned for credit within 30 days of invoice date, subject to a 15% restocking fee. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required. Contact customer service to obtain an RMA. Returns without an RMA will be refused.

Defective/Incorrect Non-Custom Items: If you receive an incorrect or defective non-custom item (e.g., wrong shade/type of disc), please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement at no cost upon verification.
3. Warranty on Milled Restorations & Frameworks
Zirconia Dental Canada warrants that its milled zirconia restorations and frameworks will be free from material and manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of shipment.

Coverage: This warranty covers fractures or chips under normal clinical use originating from a verified material or fabrication flaw (e.g., sintering voids, incomplete milling).

Exclusions: This warranty DOES NOT cover:

Failures due to improper case design, insufficient support, inadequate cementation, or improper clinical handling.

Failures resulting from adjustment by the clinician after delivery.

Fit issues arising from inaccurate impressions, scans, or models provided by the clinic.

Aesthetic concerns (shade, characterization) after the case has been accepted and shipped.

Chipping of layered porcelain on zirconia-based restorations.

4. Remake Policy for Custom Restorations
Our primary goal is your satisfaction and clinical success. Remakes for custom cases are handled on a case-by-case basis under the following guidelines:

Fit or Dimension Issues: If there is a verifiable fabrication error affecting fit, we will remake the restoration at no charge upon return of the original case and evaluation of the provided model/scan.

Documentation Required: All remake requests must be accompanied by:

A clear, written explanation of the issue.

The original restoration.
-
The master model or a new scan.
-
Photographs or videos clearly demonstrating the problem.

Discretion: Remakes for issues potentially arising from the provided clinical data (impression, scan, bite, design instructions) will be evaluated collaboratively. We may offer a remake at a discounted lab fee or provide guidance for case resolution.
5. Complaint & Return Process

Contact Us Immediately: Notify our customer service team within 48 hours of identifying an issue by phone at [Phone Number] or email at [Email Address].

Obain an RMA Number: Do not ship any items back without an authorized RMA number.

Ship with Documentation: Securely package the restoration, model, and all documentation. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship prepaid to:

Evaluation: Our technical team will evaluate the case within 3-5 business days of receipt and contact you with our findings and proposed solution.
6. Limitations of Liability
Zirconia Dental Canada's total liability, for any reason, shall be limited to the cost of the disputed restoration or product. We shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use or failure of our products.
7. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of [e.g., Ontario, British Columbia] and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
